  l loro nuovo album vi si aprirà come cielo dopo le nuvole e vi tenderà la mano quando avrete più bisogno di un sostegno o starete per crollare.

  Che dire… è un album davvero bellissimo, che colloca definitivamente i Do Make Say Think tra i gruppi più originali e importanti della scena Post Rock odierna.

  Un disco di (voluti) sprazzi, accenni e genetica affine tanto al passato prossimo (il precedente Winter Hymn Country Hymn Secret Hymn) quanto a quello remoto (l’omonimo esordio del 1998)

  Percorrendo le orme di Tortoise e Mogwai, You, You’Re a History in Rust ripropone gli stilemi del post rock adattandoli a ispirate creazioni, forti di arrangiamenti dai colori bizzarri

  La nuova fatica dei Do Make Say Think ci mostra una via possibile al post-rock, creativa ed accessibile. C’è vita persino qui, insomma.

  Un album che è davvero difficile da descrivere, un po’ Giardini di Mirò, un po’ Album Leaf, ma soprattutto, un po’ Mogwai, ma più delicati, da ascoltare per gradire e capire meglio.

  Ascoltata la solita epica d’un tempo (Executioner Blues, Herstory Of Glory) capisci che oltre un paio di ascolti, ai Do Make Say Think non hai da regalare più nulla.
